H Set It Up! Special FX Finishing Powder of the W7 is a very finely cut transparent styling powder that leaves the skin velvety and even, giving airbrush effect.
It can be used with a brush to give a matte finish that lasts all day, or with a wet Power Puff for the technique of baking in the T-zone and under the eyes.
It is very light in texture so it does not leave a cakey effect.
