Introduction
www.luxoria.gr is an online store selling makeup products and care/jewelry/accessories via the Internet created by the company called LUXORIA COSMETICS & ACCESSORIES, based at N.E.O. Patras – Athens and America 74, Patras 264 41.
The following terms and conditions will apply to the visit and use of the online store.
Any user who enters in order to make use of the services of the online store is deemed to agree and accept unconditionally the following terms, without any exception.
If a user does not agree to the following terms, then they must not make any transaction through the online store
General Terms of Use
The undertaking shall have the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of transactions from the online store whenever necessary. It is obliged to inform consumers immediately of any modification via its online page. The undertaking is also entitled to change the prices of the products available in the online store. Contracts drawn up through the e-shop are always made in the Greek language.
PRODUCT INFORMATION PROVIDED
The company is committed to the accuracy and completeness of the information about the products available in the online store, as well as to all the information provided concerning the realization of the transactions.
The company is not responsible and is not bound for errors due to an error in the registration of electronic data in the store
RESTRICTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
The company in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible for any further damages that may result from the execution or not of the orders or from the delay of execution, for any reason.
The online store cannot guarantee the availability of the products available, but is committed to timely information on the availability or non-availability of the products.
The online store accurately provides information, photos, illustrations of the products available through it.
It shall not be liable civilly or criminally for any damage (positive or consequential) suffered by a customer of the e-shop relating to the operation and use of the electronic store
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Marks, images, photographs, etc. are the intellectual property of the company and are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. Reproduction, copying, dissemination, transmission or any other use is therefore prohibited in any third party.
RESPONSIBILITY USER
Users agree and undertake not to use the online store for:
- sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or other means transmitting any content that is illegal for any reason, causes unlawful insult and harm to the business or to any third party, or infringes the confidentiality or confidentiality of any person's information

- harassment of third parties in any way,
collecting or storing personal data about other users.
ORDERING PROCESS
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The customer is informed accurately about the availability of products available through the online store
If there is unavailability of only one part of the products ordered by the customer, the rest of the order, i.e. the products that are available, the order is executed normally.
The various product offers displayed in the online store (with the terms 'Offer brochure', 'Offer', 'Web opportunity', 'Discount' or similar expressions) are always valid until stocks are exhausted.
Prices and products bearing the booklet marking, the Offer marking or constitute an offer of limited duration shall be valid until stocks are exhausted and the customer concerned may purchase a single piece. For these items, a strict order of time priority is observed in the execution of orders.
SUBMISSION OF ORDER
The user of the e-shop, if he wishes to place an order, has the ability to submit through the special form to the online store ("order basket") the order in which he/she includes the products and services he/she wishes to purchase.
The order is not binding on the company until it confirms its acceptance as below.
Before submitting the order to the customer, the following are communicated, as terms of sale and the customer for the transmission of his order, states previously with the indication "I have read and accept the Terms of Use" that he expressly became aware of and accepts the following information which through the order and the special link are communicated to him i.e. :
The characteristics of the products he ordered.
The customer's failure to be adequately informed is not in any way the responsibility of the company but is his sole responsibility.
The identity of the business, its address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.
The total price of the products, including VAT and any other fee, as the order reflects all additional shipping, delivery or mail charges (also calculated in the total of the order) and any other expenses.
The listed prices of the products on the online page of each product are always the final (i.e. VAT rates are included).
Payment, delivery, enforcement arrangements, the time limit within which the undertaking undertakes to deliver the products, the policy applied by the undertaking to deal with complaints, the conditions, exceptions, the time limit and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Reminder of the existence of the seller's liability for actual defects and lack of agreed properties in accordance with Articles 534 e.g. of the Civil Code where an certified status is understood only if it has been concluded in writing.

The obligation to pay by submitting the order if such an obligation exists by activating a selection icon with a legible marking indicating "order with payment obligation".
Whether delivery restrictions apply and which means of payment are acceptable.
ORDER RECEIPT CONFIRMATION
Each customer's order is always followed by an automated e-mail message, within a short period of time, on behalf of the company, which includes confirmation of receipt of the order and repeats its content. This e-mail on behalf of the company is only confirmation that the order has been received with the content mentioned and in no way constitutes acceptance of the order or agreement of terms of sale. No amendment to the order or a new agreement on it shall be accepted unless it is reflected in writing and accepted by both sides.
ACCEPTANCE ORDER - SALE TRAINING
Upon receipt of the order and confirmation of its receipt, if the company finds the availability of the item and the correctness of the order and the absence of any errors in the online store regarding the pricing of the items their characteristics etc. by new e-mail will confirm the acceptance of the order, its content , the preparation of the sale and the expected delivery time of the item as already notified before the order was placed, in which case only the sale is considered to have been drawn up and gives rise to claims on both sides.
If the delivery area is not covered by the company's distribution network, the customer shall be informed in advance of the shipment charge and shall himself assume all relevant obligations towards the carrier.
The company is exempted from the delivery of the item to the carrier chosen by the customer.
The company is under no circumstances obliged, on the basis of the principle of good faith and trading habits, to accept an order and to enter into a sale of products or services displayed in the online store due to a typographical or computer error, i.e. at an incorrect price different from its pricing policy in force for that period.
If such an error in price is found in only part of the ordered items, then the order is normally valid for the other items only and is considered non-starting for items where an error has been found, except where the items in the order are relevant, will be used as a whole and are of a follow-up nature with each other and the customer declares that the partial fulfilment of the order does not serve the needs or its interests, in which case the company must cancel the entire order. No additional charge on the order is charged to the customer without his express consent.
Sending the order for approval to the company is a statement of acceptance and consent for all charges included in the order. If there is no consent, the customer is entitled to a refund of this payment.
Also in case of shipment of unordered products or services, their non-repulsion or failure to return them and the indifference of the customer is in no way interpreted as consent, acceptance or declaration of will to purchase them.
If he is asked for a refund by the undertaking and he is late in delivering the items for return for more than two (2) working days then his refusal constitutes a declaration of will to purchase the items and the items are considered sold to the customer and he must pay their value in cash.

ORDER CANCELLATION
The order is cancelled within 2 hours of the order being completed. Contact us directly at: 261 042 2166 and a partner will be responsible for cancelling your order.
In the event that the customer before the cancellation statement on his behalf has paid the value of his approved order and the business has already received it, then the company must within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return to the customer the collected value in the same way that he hastened the payment. Otherwise, in case a payment order has been given on behalf of the customer but the money has not been collected by the business (as for instance in the case of a credit card debit order, however, when the bank has not yet paid the price to the business), then the company is obliged within the deadline of fourteen (14) working days to expedite any necessary action and statement to each competent body (Bank, etc.) for the notification of the cancellation of the order and the obligation to re-pay any amount charged against the customer. In this case, the company is considered to have lawfully fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of any charge will be made on the basis of the terms of the contract that connects the customer with this third party (Bank, etc.) and the company bears no responsibility regarding the time of return or reversal of any relevant charge.

Ability to pay with credit, debit and prepaid cards via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners,Discover through the platform of ALPHA BANK. The use of your credit card for your purchases at the "luxoria.gr" online store is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Once you have completed all the information required for the registration of the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure site of ALPHA BANK where you will be able to fill in your credit card details directly. In order to pay by credit card, you will need to fill in the relevant form the exact holder's name, the number and expiration date of your credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) located on the back of the card. The check and payment is made immediately, provided that you are connected to ALPHA BANK. In any case of purchase, the buyer should also be the cardholder used for each transaction.

CASH ON DELIVERY
The customer pays by delivering the order to his place, the employee of the courier company. The delivery service is charged at a cost of 1.6 € .

Our goal is to deliver the order to you in the shortest possible time, simplifying the shipping process.
SHIPPING TO GREECE
Για παραγγελίες στην Ελλάδα θα υπάρχει χρέωση μεταφορικών ύψους 2,50 Ευρώ. Για παραγγελίες άνω των 50 € τα μεταφορικά είναι δωρεάν.
Για Ογκώδη προϊόντα (έχουν τη σήμανση “Ογκώδη”) υπάρχει επιπλέον κόστος 1 ευρώ για την αποστολή τους ανά τεμάχιο.
The products you ordered are sent to the address you have given us, through the courier company "ACS". 'LUXORIA' reserves the right to use another courier company.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Within 3 to 4 working days for Mainland Greece, Crete and islands (we are always mentioned for delivery to the Capitals of the Prefectures and not to remote areas), as long as the products you have ordered are available. The above deadlines do not apply in times of bad weather, strikes and in any case force majeure that may affect delivery times.
If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified in good time by the order department of the estimated delivery time.
Changes - Returns - Product Replacement
In all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the e-mail address "info@luxoria.gr" informing us of the reason for return or replacement and by filling in a contact number. A partner from the transport company will then contact you to receive the return package. Alternatively you can contact us at 261 042 2166 (Shop Hours).
Return conditions :
1. the product must not have been used
2. the refund must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Proof, Invoice, Shipment Bulletin- Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product
To get the products in good condition you need to pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:
- WRONG SHIPPING PRODUCT
In those cases where with proven fault of "LUXORIA" you were delivered products in a different color or size from that of the order, you can return the products. The return of the product is free of charge from all over Greece. - CONSTRUCTION DEFECT OF PRODUCT
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The return of the product is free from all over Greece, always after consultation with the customer service department 261 042 2166 (Shop Hours). - PRODUCT CHANGE
In cases where you wish to change the product you purchased, you must fill in the contact e-mail code or product codes and size and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact customer service directly at 261 042 2166. In case the product is defective, you can return it within 14 days (for once per order), always after consultation with the customer service department 261 042 2166 (Shop Opening Hours) and only through the courier company with which we cooperate. - WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the product you purchased by exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request the refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the proof of purchase. The return of the product must be made with any courier you wish and the cost of the return is borne by the customer. Refund is made for purchase of the product made with cash (deposit), and credit card . The process of refunding your money will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products purchased from the online store "luxoria.gr" can be changed or returned to one of the physical stores of the company, always after consultation with the customer service department 261 042 2166 (Shop Hours).
Other terms of business
In case the customer places his order through a site and changes with a different kind of lesser value through our physical stores he will have to find a product of equal value to the one he had purchased through the site or if he wishes a product with greater value he will have to pay the difference.
The same applies to higher value purchases where the difference will not be calculated from the price of the site (of the new design) but from the price of the physical stores.
In special discount periods, such as BlackFriday, CyberMonday, etc., the special discount prices are valid only. They are not combined with other discount campaigns and neither the issuance nor the redemption of discount coupons is accepted
